Program Committee

The Program Committee of the NeurIPS 2026 Workshop on AI for Chip Design consists of researchers and practitioners from machine learning, electronic design automation, computer architecture, and semiconductor systems. Committee members will contribute to the peer-review process and help ensure high-quality, constructive feedback for all submissions.

Outstanding reviewer/s will be recognized by the organizers with a free NeurIPS conference registration.

Reviewing Process

All submissions will undergo double-blind peer review.

Each submission will receive at least three independent reviews. Reviewers will evaluate submissions based on:

• Relevance to the workshop
• Technical quality
• Originality
• Clarity of presentation
• Potential impact and contribution to the community

Reviewer Guidelines

Reviewers are expected to:

• Provide constructive and respectful feedback.
• Maintain confidentiality of submitted manuscripts.
• Avoid conflicts of interest.
• Complete reviews within the assigned timeline.

Reviewers must not use external generative AI systems to review submissions or process confidential paper content, in accordance with the NeurIPS 2026 policies.
